Founder & Principal Consultant
A technology and operations leader with over 25 years of experience across IT Operations, Application Management Services (AMS), Production Support, Technology Governance, IT Asset Management, Service Delivery, and Reporting & Analytics.
Throughout his career, he has led global teams, governance programs, operational transformation initiatives, and technology management practices within complex enterprise environments spanning financial services, telecommunications, government, and enterprise technology domains.
He is currently pursuing a Doctorate in Business Management with a specialization in Information Technology, with research focused on: Extending the Life of Technology: A Framework for Sustainable Technology Lifecycle Management.

His professional qualifications include postgraduate studies in Computer Science, Operations Management, and Information Technology, complemented by industry certifications and ongoing research in Sustainable Technology Lifecycle Management and Electronic Waste Management.
